Contractors will be milling a section of Beall Street Thursday morning, March 24, 2022, and residents have been asked to not park on the street that day from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
In order to pave Beall Street, workers have to take off the top layer of road. That process is called "milling." Workers will be milling Beall Street from Harper Avenue to Holly Court.
Staff have already placed door hangers on homes on the street notifying residents. Any cars parked on Beall Street Thursday morning will be towed at the owner's expense.
Once milling is complete, contractors will schedule to repave the street, hopefully within the next few weeks.
