The boil water advisory issued yesterday, Dec. 14, 2022, for the Bushtown area in Lenoir has been lifted. Water consumers in Bushtown, as well as affected areas of Caldwell County, can resume normal water use as of 1:41 pm, today, Dec. 15, 2022.
It is no longer necessary to boil your water before ingesting. All leaks and pressure challenges have been repaired in the distribution system, and no bacteria were detected as a result.
