City of Lenoir Parks & Recreation staff are hosting a Martin Luther King. Jr. Day celebration Monday, Jan. 16, 2023, at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center in Lenoir.
The celebration, "Reclaiming the Dream," will start at 3:00 pm. The event will feature keynote speaker Rev. Charlie Rivens and will include a reading of Dr. King's "I Have a Dream" speech, music, poems, and more. Check out the program below.
The event will start at 3:00 pm and is free and open to the public.
The MLK Jr. Center is located at 313 Greenhaven Dr. NW in Lenoir.
