1. A tree/power line is blocking the road. Who should I call?

If a tree or powerline is blocking a road, that’s an emergency. You can call 911 and report the issue. The dispatcher will contact the appropriate agency to get the road cleared.

2. A tree fell beside the road or on my property. Will the city cut it up and haul it away?

No. Most public agencies will only clear the road for emergency access. Generally, it’s the responsibility of property owners to clear any trees that are left on the property.

4. Tree limbs are threatening my power lines. Who should I call?
